Demitri Stepped out of the house he was in and onto the dark dim lit street, streching ahead of him. He knew it was going to be a long night. He had three demons to take care of and an excorsist he was going to perform for a kind young woman he had met at the store. He checked his items once more. He had: His silver cross, His knife with wolves embedded into the blade especialy made for him and drencehd in holy water. He had his book of spells which had some pretty useful binding spells. He had his holy water, The number one thing he could never leave without. And he had his Knowledge of all the demons he had ever encounterd. He set off. His first stop, the local pond. He had heard of a water demon possesing the pond and not letting anyone come near it. The people of the village needed the fish in the pond, so he had been asked to help. Of course he accepted. He sigh and rubbed the back of his head. His night blue hair was in its usual style, pulled back in a loose pony tail. His eyes were a peircing yellow gold color. He was often complemented as the most handsom young man in the village. Unfortunatly he was also the one most mothers asked to marry their daughters. He kindly refused them, saying he wished to stay unmarried and did not wish any woman to have to live his life with him. It would be hell for the woman he loved. So he decided not to love any woman and stay to hmself instede of associate. He looked up, and saw he was at the pond. He had to be careful now. He slowly walked through the gate that led to the pond. He heard the sound of his own footsteps but that was it. He got the feeling he wasnt alone. He looked around wearily, always felling eyes on his back. He knew he was being watched. He heard the crunch of the gravel under his boots, and he could feel the cool breeze. He senced somthing behind him that made him tense. He froze. He slipped his hand in his pocket to grab his holy water and flipped to a binding spell in his book of spells then slowly turned around to face whatever was behind him. He was shocked to see a little girl crying, but then he smirked. This was the oldest trick in the book. Sure this demon was good at it, but he knew this trick well. "Give it up demon! He shouted. "I know this trick!" The girl cried harder. "You cant fool me demon!" He yelled as he uncapped his holy water and threw some directly into the face of the crying girl. "Agh! You pathetic human swine! Damn you!" The demon roared in anger as it took its true form. It was huge. More like a building than a small girl. And it wasnt even a girl, it was a man. The left side of the demons face bubbled like it had been boiled. Yup, Demitri thought. This was going to be a long night indeed.
